2. Student‑Initiated Cancellations
- Once enrollment and payment are completed, no refund will be issued for student‑initiated cancellations.
- Course fee payments are considered final and non‑transferable.
3. Institute‑Initiated Cancellations
- If the Institute cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen reasons, students will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A seat transfer to another ongoing or upcoming course of similar value.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for enrollment.
- Any transaction charges (if applicable) are non‑refundable and will be borne by the payer.
