2. Student‑Initiated Cancellations

• Once enrollment and payment are completed, no refund will be issued for student‑initiated cancellations.
• Course fee payments are considered final and non‑transferable.

3. Institute‑Initiated Cancellations

• If the Institute cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen reasons, students will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • A seat transfer to another ongoing or upcoming course of similar value.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for enrollment.
• Any transaction charges (if applicable) are non‑refundable and will be borne by the payer.
